By placing an order with Name Print Shop, or by using the facilities made available on our website you do so with the understanding and agreement of the information mentioned below.

Ordering

When placing an order with Name Print Shop, your payment will be processed by PayPal - the world's most popular online payment method. This allows you to pay securely, safe in the knowledge that sellers (in this case, us) will never have to see your credit or debit card details.

We aim to despatch orders within 48 hours (business days) from the moment they are received. If your item is being delivered to the UK/Ireland it should arrive in between 3 and 5 working days. If it's being delivered to USA, Canada or Australia it will arrive in between 5 and 10 working days.

If the quoted delivery periods pass and you have still not received your item, please contact us at your earliest convenience with your name, address and order number and we will gladly help you.

Testimonials

We reserve the right to use any personal data that you choose to transmit to us, either by placing an order or using our contact form, on our testimonials page if we see fit. Typically this will consist of your first name and your country only.
